GLUCOSEREPORTER ANDROID APP

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

GlucoseReporter is a read-only service that makes authorized glucose information available in the GlucoseReporter Android app and on compatible displays. It does not control a pump, deliver insulin, or change treatment or device settings.

Information we collect

GlucoseReporter processes only information needed to provide and operate the service:

  • Glucose data, including glucose readings, timestamps, trends, and history used by the app.
  • Device and application information needed to authenticate an installation, operate the service, diagnose errors, and maintain security.
  • Account and enrollment information, such as a name, email address, application status, tenant assignment, and device-enrollment records.

Why we collect information

We use this information only to:

  • display current and historical glucose information;
  • provide and maintain GlucoseReporter app functionality; and
  • manage approved accounts, enrolled devices, access, and support.

How information is protected

GlucoseReporter uses authenticated access and secure HTTPS communication. Enrollment and access credentials are kept in protected, encrypted storage. Server access is restricted, and each enrolled app credential is associated with its authorized account on the server rather than selected by the app.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for advertising. Information is used only to provide, secure, maintain, and support the GlucoseReporter service.
