Apply for GlucoseReporter.

Submit basic contact information for operator review. Do not include medical details, passwords, pump information, or credentials.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU'RE APPROVED

Set up your Twiist follower account.

Once your application is approved, you'll get an email with a one-time invitation code for the GlucoseReporter app. Before that code will work, the follower account below needs to already exist and already be invited by the person with diabetes — that part happens entirely inside Twiist's own apps and website, outside of GlucoseReporter.

Step 1 — Create and verify the follower account

Done on the follower's own account, using the follower's own email address.

Go to mytwiistportal.com and click Create insiight account.
Scroll to the bottom, under "Invited to follow someone's twiist AID System data?"
Fill out the form and click Create account — use a valid phone number.
Check the follower's email for "Welcome to twiist — please verify your email address" (this is for the initial account creation).
Click Verify email address: email@email.com, then click Verify email address again, then sign in.
If prompted, set up two-step verification: choose Text message, select the phone number, and enter the code that's texted.
This lands on the follower's portal — the follower account is now created and verified.

Step 2 — Get invited as a follower

Done by the person with diabetes, signed into their own Twiist portal login — not the follower's.

On the left, click My connections.
Under My followers, click View Details.
Click Invite a follower.
Enter the follower's name, email, and language, then click Send Invitation.

Step 3 — Accept the invitation

Back on the follower's own email and account.

Open the email "You have been invited to use the twiist insiight App to follow someone using the twiist AID System".
Click Accept insiight Invitation — this may ask the follower to sign in again.
Click the blue Verify email address button on the next page, and sign in again if asked.
If prompted, set up two-step verification: enter the phone number, and enter the code that's texted.
When asked to "Enter the name of the person who invited you," type the name of the person with diabetes, then click Accept invitation.
